Chris Amodio

Chris is a cinematographer based in New York City who began his career under the tutelage of members of the American Society of Cinematographers in Hollywood. Simultaneously, Amodio worked in the documentary world on BBC Natural History productions as a cameraman, often finding himself operating in extreme environments around the world, including Mount Everest. After sharpening his craft, Amodio began shooting films that have been showcased at some of the top film festivals in the world: Sundance, Camerimage, AFI Meet the Press, and Mountainfilm festivals. Amodio is passionate about showcasing his first-hand experience of God in all his work, by fusing traditional filmmaking with documentary, and seeking the true, the good, and the beautiful in each story.
